Event Recap: Gary Fisher Freewheel Ride

Saturday morning’s weather cooperated for Gary Fisher’s visit and group ride in the Twin Cities.  The ride started out of the Freewheel Bike West Bank location at around 8:30, and the group enjoyed nice weather for basically the whole ride.  The inventor of mountain biking rode a Trek Road bike (part of the Gary Fisher signature collection) and was dressed head to toe in revolutionary war era garb, but he wasn’t the only one.  As a part of the “Cyclists Bill of Rights” ad campaign that Freewheel bike is rolling out.

The ride looked like half Tea Party rally and half category 3 group ride and we managed to snap a few pics as the group left the West Bank.
