Gary Fisher, This Saturday, Freewheel Bike

Ok this is pretty awesome.  Not just the new advertising campaign from Twin Cities’ own Freewheel Bike but this Saturday May 7th the one and only Gary Fisher, Mountain biking legend and pretty much inventor of the sport, will lead a group ride starting at the Freewheel Bike on the West Bank at 8:30.  This rider will head down the Greenway stopping at the Midtown store at 9:30, finally heading out to the Eden Prairie store for the grand opening.

Back to the new ad campaign, this pretty much describes our ideal ethos; every type of rider, ride and let ride.

From their website:

Come to the Revolutionary Freewheel Cyclist’s Bill of Rights Event!
Saturday, May 7 at our new Freewheel Bike store in Eden Prairie, 12910 Plaza Drive, Eden Prairie, MN.

Meet the Founding Father of Mountain Biking – GARY FISHER.

Or take the Paul Revere group ride led by GARY FISHER that goes from the Freewheel West Bank store to the new Eden Prairie store.

To ride with us, meet at 8:30am at the West Bank Store, or catch up with us at 9:30am at the Midtown Store. If you can’t make the ride, don’t even think about missing Gary Fisher from 11a-1p at the NEW Freewheel Bike store in Eden Prairie where he’ll preside over the official signing of the Freewheel Cyclist’s Bill of Rights.
