This weekend there are three cycling events (that we could dig up), unfortunately they are all on Sunday. The good news is, this leaves Saturday open for heading outside to ride your bike, or starting that much-needed tune-up. Spring is right around the corner.
Weekend Cycling Events
Saturday: Nothing that we know of. If we are missing something let us know!
Ride of a Lifetime: Want to be part of a world record attempt? Life Time Fitness is going for it again this year, in having the world’s largest spin class. Last time we heard there were only about 100 spots left, so if you want to participate, head on over to registration. Check-in starts at 8:00 am, riding starts at 10:00.
No Name Alleycat Race: It happens on the first Sunday of every month. Know what you are getting yourself into and it can be a lot of fun. Mileage between 10-35 miles in and around the Twin Cities. Meet at 6:30 at the Bandshell near the Stone Arch Bridge. Get more information from our friends at MPLS Bike Love.
National Sports Center Indoor Grass/Criterium Racing: Second to last race, so if you want to try racing on the grass, get going. The ongoing grass racing series continues Sunday night starting at 9:00.
If you are headed to any of these events and want to give CTC a re-cap, that would be great, just contact us.
