Winter is a great time to work on cycling skills. We have already shown you a few ways to get onto the bike indoors, but maybe going shoulder to shoulder with amateur racers isn’t quite your speed. Maybe you just are getting into cycling and want to learn how to perform basic repairs. Maybe this spring (assuming it ever comes) you will start commuting. Well for you folks there is Minneapolis Community Education hosted by the Minneapolis Public Schools.
